Our current Vaccination requirements
At Paradise Ranch, we care about the health and well-being of all of our canine guests. That's why we require all dogs to be updated on their vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and Parvo Distemper prior to or at the time of drop off. We take pride in providing a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, and we ask that owners do their part in keeping their pets healthy as well, which is why we ask that owners provide proof of vaccinations prior to or at the time of drop off. If you have any questions about our vaccination policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

At Paradise Ranch, we pride ourselves on being available for you and your dog. Our business hours are tailored to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Please note that we are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years. If you need to schedule a drop off or pick up time outside of our normal business hours, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Food
Your dog's comfort is our top priority at Paradise Ranch. When packing for your dog, please remember to bring enough dry or wet food for the length of their stay with us plus two days. It's always better to pack a little extra in case of any unexpected travel changes.

For your dog's comfort during their stay at Paradise Ranch, please bring all necessary medications in their original packaging. We suggest bringing an extra day's worth of medication in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Please be advised that we are not able to administer injectable medications during their stay.

We want your dog to have the best possible experience while staying at Paradise Ranch. In order to make their stay as comfortable as possible, we recommend bringing their favorite toy or blanket. Please note that while we will do everything we can to ensure your items are safe, we cannot be held responsible if they are lost or damaged during your dog's stay.

We understand that bringing your dog to a boarding facility can be nerve-racking. But at Paradise Ranch, we make it easy. We require you to bring your dog's current vaccination records, so we can ensure the safety and well-being of all of our guests. Once you've provided that to us, you can leave the rest to us and enjoy your time away from home. We know how important your dog is to you, and we'll take great care of them while they're staying with us.

Aggressive Dog
Aggressive Dog Boarding Fee Addendum At Paradise Ranch, we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all pets, clients, and staff. In situations where a dog display aggressive behaviors-including but not limited to biting, snapping, or excessive growling-we reserve the right to assess an additional fee of $20 per day. This fee is implemented to cover the extra care, supervision, and resources necessary to manage the situation effectively. By booking boarding services with Paradise Ranch, you acknowledge and agree to the application of this additional charge should your dog be determined to exhibit aggressive tendencies during its stay. For the safety and comfort of everyone, we reserve the right to decline boarding services if a pet's behavior is deemed dangerous or if full disclosure health and behavioral issues is not provided.
